Snack:
-1 Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Almond Bar
Lunch:
-pb & banana pita pocket
-1 c fresh, mixed fruit
-1 pc lowfat string cheese
Dinner:
-3/4 c whole wheat pasta w/grilled chicken, spinach, & marinara
Snack:
-1 flatbread toasted w/1 tbsp apple butter
-1 banana
